A short vid – Jane and I visited the bi-annual Palio de Siena in which local contrade (neighbourhoods) have been competing in a horse race around the town square for hundreds of years. Anything goes, and anything can happen. After a bit of argie bargie and a false start the 80-second race was won by the Giraffa (Giraffe) contrada.
